Shipping Rates and Info

NOW SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY! (see International Shipping Guidelines below)

Shipping rates are determined by type of shipping service selected, the location of the delivery address and the overall weight of the shipment. We currently offer the following shipping options:

HOME DELIVERY (ground shipments going to Residential Addresses. Only delivers on Tuesdays-Saturdays, no deliveries are made on Mondays)

GROUND SERVICE (ground shipments going to Commercial Addresses)

2DAY (2nd Day Express Shipping if placed on a business day before 12:00PM EST)

STANDARD OVERNIGHT (Overnight Delivery if placed on a business day before 12:00PM EST)

PLEASE NOTE: Next Day Air orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) before 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day. Next Day Air orders placed after 12:00PM will ship the next business day.

Ground orders will be shipped no later than 5 business days after the order has been placed. We will contact you by email or by telephone if your order cannot be filled due to an item being out of stock.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES

To place an international order, simply select your country in the drop down box at checkout and choose the international shipping option. International shipping prices are based on the weight of the items ordered and the country and shipping service selected. These shipping prices do not include any duties and taxes associated with this shipment that you will be required to pay as the importer of this shipment. International orders will be shipped within 5 business days of placing your order. Unfortunately some items that we feature on our website cannot be shipped internationally. Please contact us at palacelockerroom@palacenet.com if you have any international shipping questions.

FedEx will not deliver to APO/FPO or PO Boxes. Any order placed with an APO/FPO or PO Box shipping address will automatically be sent via United States Postal Service. Any order placed with delivery to Puerto Rico will also be sent via United States Postal Service.

Please note that some orders may require a signature for delivery due to order size or shipping location. It is at the sole discretion of the Palace Locker Room to place a Signature Required for Delivery on any online order.

If the shipping address you enter appears to be an apartment, we will automatically ship your order with a note for the driver to take to the Leasing Office if no one is home at the shipping address.

Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be returned in new condition, with tags still attached. We will exchange the item for another product or issue you a refund for the original item purchase price. All refunds will be returned in the form of the original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for a credit refund to appear on your statement.
